Sugar-Free gelato is made exactly the same way as our Classic Italian-Style, with New Zealand whole milk powder, but instead of sugar we use at least two or three different sugar-substitutes, to exactly simulate the all-important taste and mouth feel of real sugar. Our SF gelato is suitable for diabetics as well as the health conscious and reduce calories by up to 30%. Flavors and inclusions are also sugar-free, but there may be some natural sugars in the fruit flavoring.
Our Classic sugar-free gelato Express base is made the same way as the others: Just add bag of base to 2L of just-boiled water, mix, chill and add to batch machine.
